Originally from Sydney, Harry joined the firm in May 2018 after enjoying the rural lifestyle at University and private practice in Narrabri. Harry graduated from the University of New England in early 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Criminology, was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in August 2017 and was entered as a practitioner on the High Court Roll in July 2018. Harry is part of our litigation team assisting clients in Family Law, Criminal Proceedings and Civil Litigation. Harry has experience appearing as an advocate for his clients at the Local, District and Federal Circuit Courts and regularly briefs a range of barristers in complex litigation matters. Harry is currently undertaking his Applied Masters degree through Sydney and is available for agency matters. Outside of work Harry enjoys being part of Tamworth Magpies Rugby Club and waterskiing with friends.

Prior to joining LBK Solicitors this year, Joe has been practicing in Sydney at Shine Lawyers and ACA Lawyers. Joe worked in teams on numerous class actions, personal injury matters and general civil and commercial litigation. Joe’s experiences have taught him the skills required for litigation of large-scale, complex and novel matters. Prior to ACA Lawyers, Joe quickly established and advanced his legal skills at Allygroup where he formed part of teams that conducted Federal and State Government agency legal system reviews, drafting government policy and project management of large scale litigation. Joe studied a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) at the University of New England and then a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in May 2016. Joe accepts instructions in the areas of civil, commercial and personal injury litigation. Outside work Joe can found at a wide variety of sporting events and exploring his new home town and surrounds.
